ISMfl1 is 69% aa similar to ISCef4. ISMfl1 was found by screening completely sequenced genomes for sequences homologous to the ISRso13 transposase using BLASTP. Multiple sequence alignments revealed a conserved DDE motif : D(N2)-76-D(N3)-104-E(C1). The sequencing of the Mycobacterium flavescens PYR-GCK chromosome is currently in progress. Accession: NZ_AAPA00000000.
